Are these die-cut or kiss-cut stickers?
Both follow the shape of your design, but the backing is different. True die-cut stickers cut through both the sticker and its backing. Our Die-Cut Stickers offer that finish. Kiss-cut vinyl stickers and decals cut the printed material to shape while the backing stays intact for easy peeling.
What sizes can I choose?
Die-cut stickers range from 2″ × 2″ to 6″ × 6″. Vinyl decals range from 3″ × 4″ to 8″ × 10″. Car magnets come in 5″ × 5″, 7.5″ × 4.5″, and 10″ × 3″. Kiss-cut vinyl and holographic stickers come in 3″ × 3″, 4″ × 4″, and 5.5″ × 5.5″ formats; vinyl also has a 15″ × 3.75″ option. Sticker sheets are A5, and business cards are 3.5″ × 2″ (9 × 5 cm). Check each product for exact sizes and artwork areas.
Are custom printed stickers waterproof or dishwasher safe?
Care depends on the product. Printful lists Kiss-Cut Vinyl Decals as dishwasher-safe and water, scratch, and UV resistant. Die-Cut Stickers are water and weather resistant, but we don’t promise dishwasher safety for them or our other stickers. Sticker sheets and holographic stickers are for indoor use. Car magnets are weather-resistant, not adhesive stickers. Check the product details before choosing a finish for water or outdoor exposure.
What paper are business cards printed on?
Uncoated cover paper: Mohawk for cards printed in the US, and Munken Lynx at 300 g/m² for cards printed in the EU. Cards are printed on one side or both, in sets of 50 or 100.
How should I prepare my artwork?
Start with a high-resolution design, ideally at 300 DPI at the intended print size. A transparent PNG helps define a custom silhouette. Keep small text legible and leave space between designs on a sheet. For double-sided business cards, prepare a front and a back design. We can help check artwork, spacing, and the intended cut shape before production.
Can I order a small run or request a bulk quote?
Printful’s sticker range has no minimum order quantity, so you can start with one sticker or one sheet. Business cards come in sets of 50 or 100. For event giveaways, packaging, or larger runs, send us the product, quantity, artwork plans, delivery location, and deadline so we can put together a quote.
