How do I get started?
Explore the catalogue and choose a product, color, and size. Then tell us about your artwork, quantities, and project using the inquiry form on the product page. Not sure what to choose? The contact form below is a good place to start.
Can I buy products without a design?
No. Our Printful supplier does not sell blank products due to its supplier agreements. Every purchased item needs printable artwork, text or clipart. You can still send an inquiry without a finished design if you need artwork support.
Is there a minimum order?
For products sold individually, you can start with one piece. Some products, such as business cards, are sold in packs; check the product page for the available quantities. We can also help with larger team and event orders.
Can you help with my artwork?
Yes. Tell us what artwork you have and what you’d like to make. We can help with artwork checks, print sizing, and choosing a product. You don’t need a finished design to send an inquiry; keep any original, high-resolution files handy for when we discuss your project.
Which colors and sizes are available?
Options vary by product. Each product page shows its available colors and sizes, so you can explore the choices before making an inquiry or placing an order. If you need help choosing sizes for a group, tell us about your project.
How do bulk or team orders work?
Tell us the products you’re interested in, how many you need, and any event or delivery date. Include your artwork plans and size breakdown if you have them. We’ll help with the details and put together a quote for your project.
How long does printing and shipping take?
Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Overall timing depends on the product, quantity, and delivery destination. If you have a deadline, include it in your inquiry along with where the order needs to go, so we can discuss production and shipping timing before you commit.
